Step 1
Go to the lesson history tab.
Step 2
Click on the "rescheduled/cancelled" tab. This shows all the additions and deductions.
Tutor penalties are deductions where as student penalties are additions to your account.
Step 3
To request to waive of the Tutor penalty - Click on the "request an appeal"
Step 4
Type the reason for your appeal and don’t forget to attach any supporting documentation (if applicable) as evidence.
Step 5
You can see the outcome of the request via the "payment adjustment tab" of the lesson history.
